Carriers: We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx this is determined a the point of shipment on which ever best serves your destination.

Processing time
We generally prepare your shipment within 3 to 5 business days.  This can vary depending on the product.  Some products are tailored to your request.  This can add to the order processing time. For bespoke orders we will provide you an estimated lead time prior to your order. Should you have any questions or other requirements please contact us prior to order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping outside the United States
Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will provide a shipping and processing estimate prior to order. Note: We can not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?
When we receive your order, we get started on it right away! *We might be able to cancel and refund if design or production has not been started on your order. You must contact us promptly with any concerns!

Can I change my order?
If you need to request a change, please contact us within one hour of purchase. It is still not a guarantee pending the promptness of processing your order. If your order is not in production, we will do our best to help you.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we dot accept returns or exchanges. Every customer receives a personalized item that is individually handmade to order.

All sales are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to order accurately We fulfill your order per your submission on our website. Please order carefully and double check spelling.

Please double check your order before placing. Check the product you ordered, size, color, and especially the personalization text box and your shipping address.

How can I report a problem with an item I received?
Damaged or quality problems should be immediately reported to us so we can remedy the issue. Please contact us through our contact page. You must provide pictures of the shipping label with bar code, the full picture of shipping box, and front and back of the item, and the damaged area.
